Orders & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat fee shipping rate of $7.95 per order. Shipping is FREE for orders of $125 or more.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Sale items and items that are not in original condition or do not have tags attached are NOT eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To begin the return process, please email us at sales@oceantidecollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We process exchanges as returns, meaning, if you need a different size or color, simply follow our return process by emailing us at sales@oceantidecollection.com then place a NEW order for the item you'd like instead. Your return will be refunded to your original payment method minus the return shipping fee. Your new order will be processed as it comes in. This allows us to fulfill your new order ASAP rather than waiting on your return to be processed.
